Our Food
The cooking style is classical in a modern European style while retaining a good sense of Irish authenticity through the use of local grown organic products. Our Beef is 100% certified Irish Hereford; our Lamb is from the local Cork and Kerry Mountains our chicken is 100% Irish and our Fresh Fish is caught off the coast in Cork and Kerry. Our Pork is from our own Pedigree rare breed Saddleback Pigs. We also keep free-range Hens for fresh Eggs and Rare Breed Jacob Sheep.
